These booking conditions apply
even if for some reason the booking form has not been completed e.g.
a late booking via telephone. |

The balance of payment will be due 8 weeks
before the booking commences. We reserve the right to cancel a booking
where full payment has not been received by this time. |

This booking is for accommodation only and
is strictly limited to the persons listed on the booking form. Admission
will be refused or terminated if this condition is not met. Pets are
not permitted under any circumstances. |

Flights are the sole responsibility of the
travellers. |

5 |
Travel insurance is compulsory under EC
law. Therefore all occupants are responsible for ensuring that they
have adequate travel insurance and are in the procession of a 24 hour
emergency telephone number. The use of the accommodation and amenities
are offered on the condition that it is used entirely at the occupant’s
risk. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness,
death or loss or damage to users or visitors’ property or belongings,
including motor vehicles, however caused. |

Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to the
start date of the holiday will incur loss of deposit only. Between
12 weeks and 8 weeks prior, 50% of the full payment is due, and less
than 8 weeks prior 100% of the full payment is due. |

Force majeure. In the unlikely event that
the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake
or other means beyond our control, liability will be limited to a
refund of monies paid for the accommodation only. |

We cannot accept liability for errors or
omissions of parties over which we have no control such as car hire
companies. All information concerning the accuracy of descriptions
is believed correct at the time of going to press, but it is possible
that there may be changes without notice. The booking for accommodation
is independent of and bears no liability to any other product or services
that you have purchased. |

This is a non-smoking villa. Please do not
smoke, or allow others to smoke, on the premises (inside and out).

All breakages and damages are the legal responsibility
of the hirer. You will be expected to take reasonable care of the
villa and its contents for the duration of your stay. The villa must
be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period, as should
all equipment used including kitchen utensils. Please ensure that
any damages are reported to the local representative as soon as it
occurs so that it can be rectified for the next occupants. |

A refundable security deposit of £200
is payable on arrival to the local representative. This security deposit
will be refunded within 21 days of departure, or in some cases on
departure, less any replacement or repairs for damage to the property
or any of its contents, excess cleaning or heating costs. |

Standard levels of gas and electric are included
within the accommodation price. |

13 |
The accommodation is booked on a self-catering
basis. Maid service is provided once per week in winter and twice
per week in summer, unless otherwise stated. The maid will generally
tidy up, change towels and linen but is not expected to do the washing
up etc. |

On arrival, the occupants agree not to arrive
before 14:00 hours, and on departure agree to leave before 10:00.

We fully expect you to be very happy with
the accommodation and amenities provided. However, if you feel you
have reason to complain, you must immediately contact the local representative
by phone, or in writing, so that the problem can be resolved. We are
not responsible for any matter, which you did not bring to our attention
during your holiday. If the problem is not resolved locally to your
satisfaction, then you should put your complaint in writing within
7 days of your departure date. |
